Our Last Racial Harmony Day Together

Dear all,

Thank you for displaying the colourful costumes yesterday and being so game in wearing the different ethnic costumes. Time really flies and it was the last racial harmony day celebration for us as a class. I always like racial harmony day celebration with all of you. The mood is always lively and it's a great chance to take lots of pictures with everyone. It is also a time I withness how everyone of you are so gracious in loaning your clothes and putting them on with pride. This is what I call friendship and class spirit.

With July coming to an end soon, your O-levels will be here and over in a blink of an eye. So make good use of the time and work hard towards your aims. Believe in yourself and make your mark. If you have really tried your best, there's nothing to regret. But if you have wasted pockets of time here and there for prelims, I hope you will WAKE up and start working hard NOW. Don't live a life of regrets and don't live in denial. Academic excellence may not be everything in life but it will help you achieve everything you want in future. It is a stepping stone to greater achievements in future.

I am glad most of you have enjoyed the mini lunch too :) Let it be a meal of a new beginning and that all of us work hard towards the common goal of attaining distinctions!
Lastly, thank you for adding so much fun and laughter in my life :) It's a pleasure having all of you in the class :) Enjoy the photos!!

Hey guys here's the update for the class T.

I met up with the vendor and found out that if we stick to the original plan, the base colour would be lime green, 100% cotton material.

Whereas, if we choose to have dry fit material it would be the same base mid-green colour as the design. For dry-fit, if we choose to get it without collar it's cheaper by $2. I think it would be a better choice, I don't know about you guys but we'll discuss in class.

Anyway, here is some of the good points I have to share. For dry-fit its more outdoor activity friendly, in a sense that it wouldn't be as warm as the 100% cotton material. In this case, we can wear it for sports or games without problem as it would be much more comfortable. The good thing is we can mark down the price by $2 for everyone if we choose and agree to have it without the collar. I'm sure you guys would want it less costly as possible yea?

Yep, so this is it. If we're able to confirm by this week, then we can get our Class T before September approach, the 25th August week. Please respond =)

Hey guys! Two days later school would be re-opening. Well, the next two term will be crucial and I believe it's gonna pass very fast. When we finish our end of year examination we will look back at this post and WOW time flies. So let's work together once again to conquer this end of year examination and position ourselves back to the studying mood.

Here are some updates. Mr Chew would be going for his reservice for the next one week or two, so there wouldn't be A math lessons. Unfortunately, we have to stay back after school the weeks after he comes back for extra lessons. No kidding.

Finally, to remind everyone of you happening to pass by here, there will be apprearance check on Monday 23/6/08. Be prepared!

Okay basically I've come up with the cost already. It's as shown above $20. I will now explain the price to those that needs explanation. Okay, we are printing 4 different sets of design technically and each set will have to print only about 8-9 copy. This explains for why this isn't considered mass printing. And also for the colour used, it's about 5-6 or 7. I've tried my best to bargain for a final price of $20 bucks. People having problem with the cost can approach me.

So i am going to post the holiday homework for you guys incase you will forget to do .

English:

1) Comprehension ex 1 and 2 pg 50-56 & 57-63. Do in foolscape.
2) Vocabulary ex 29-35. Do in book.

Chemistry: Do mind-map of chapter1 to 7 (use only max. 3 colour pens)

Hello, 3M3! I'm here to update on the class BBQ during the June holidays :D

Date & Day: 4th June 2008, Wednesday

The date is chosen because majority of the class can make it. So, those who had something on for that day, please try to make it. I'm sure you wouldn't want to miss out the fun too, yea? xD

Venue: Beside Woodgrove Sec. (By bus 901)

For those who are not sure of how to go, don't worry, we'll meet up & go together.

The objective of the BBQ is to bond the class together more. Don't always stick to your own cliques; interact with classmates whom you did not always talk to, give yourself a chance to know all your classmates better. Hopefully this coming BBQ could really help the class in terms of bonding & the class spirit lah. So people, please be more active lah.

The food available for this BBQ would also have more varieties:

I've got some time, so decided to do something about the blog. Cleared up some mess and also added a different banner. It's the picture we took during the Sec 3 camp.

I'm going to work on the class T shirt soon, after the mid-years paper. And yep, Earth Day is coming up 1 week later. Go Green!

3M3 Class BBQ ;D

HELLO, 3M3! I'm QinHui. First time blogging in this blog xD Alright, I'm gonna post up the pictures of the class BBQ.

Well, this is the very 1st class event for 3M3. Hope we were all more bonded, somehow. And of course, hope you guys enjoyed the BBQ! I shall allow the pictures & the captions to illustrate the BBQ event.. Oh! And I apologise for the quality of the pictures, cos of my phone's camera ):

The lovely place that Andika had invited us for the BBQ, the condominium near Woodgrove.

Atikah, YueTing, Andika, Alan and me reached there earlier to set up the whol BBQ pit area.. And also abit of playing :x

When it was almost time, we stopped playing and started cleaning and setting up of the area.. While we were still setting up, small drops of rain started to fall from the sky.. And that really scares us.. But in the end we moved the big umbrellas to the BBQ area, and the problem is solved :D

After a while, some peeps reached.. They brought a netball and i suppose the ball fell into the water accidentally. They squatted by the side of the pool and watched the ball slowly moving towads the other side. And someone said that it's the Brownian Motion theory that the ball will move or something.. Hahaha~

While some people are playing at the rather interesting playground..

... the others were already starting to BBQ..

Not long after.. The girls started pushing one another down the pool, and so are some of the boys.. It's really a funny scene lah!

Ohh Bryan Bryan~

When we're all in a midst of pushings & laughings, Ms Ng and Ms Baey arrived.. They brought tibits along too! Hooorray~! xD

LOL. ' Lelong ahh lelong~! '

Everybody was either drenched, tired or hungry at that moment.. Haha~

Mabel hung all the wet 'accesories' (or whatever you call that) under the big umbrella.. She was so punkish that day!

As the sun and the moon slowly changed shift, some people had to leave.. When almost all the peeps left, we started area cleaning. After cleaning, had a 'yum-seng' with all the Events Committee members. This BBQ was quite a successful one, except for the rain and most importantly, the class that is not veryyyyyy bonded..

Well, what we can do is very little. It all depends on YOU, to accept a new class with new people, in a new environment. Show more care & concern for one another, be more selfless, and always remember that we're together as one, and life would definitely be more enjoyable for the next 2years!

( I'll do on the credits some other days. See see! Now 4:06Am already, i need to sleep already! )

Class T Updates

Anyway, I've work quite a bit on the design of the class T shirt. I've figured the whole class will be the committee and there's not a slogan or anything yet, so I've decided to play the
"Committee" in the middle. As to whether there will be a school logo will depends. Maybe having a school logo will let us gain entry to school, but permission must be granted on print. So we'll see how things go. The " Events " on the right sleeve is just sampler, will be either events, discipline. etc. etc.
